Class Five
Welcome to Class 5. Yes, we've relocated! We're now in the "old Class 6" classroom at the front of the school. This means we've got a part of the classroom for group work and individual computer work. Mr Cole continues to teach this year 4 and year 5 class. We're also supported by Mrs Meehan and Mrs Collins.
Mr Cole enjoys tackling Mathematics problems and reading children's books. His favourites are Tadpoles Promise, Itch and The Day I Swapped my dad for Two Goldfish.
In Science, Class 5 learn about Electricity, Light, the different states of matter and in the summer term, Living things and their habitats. In the autumn term we're learning about the Roman empire. Later in the year we'll be learning about the British empire under different kings and queens, and in geography the difference between the sea and the broads.
Mr Dekker will be teaching the class some of our PE (on Mondays) and our music. Mrs Pandit takes the class for French.
